•  initial exploration consultation with Tina which will include in-depth patient history, 

• lifestyle change recommendations, 

• looking at probable root causes, 

• functional medicine test recommendations

• initial menu plan instruction and supplement protocol.

Follow up appointments

In every follow-up appointment, my clients and I work together to tweak the existing protocol they are on, to continue to add on new therapies if needed, and to get motivation moving forward. Follow ups can be used as frequently as each client requires.
